Regards Paul Update: This did not work as the router never got an ip address and the notebook 're-used' the one that it was assigned before. DMZ will also not work as it would have already assigned an ip to the (netgear) router for it to know where to send the traffic. Anyway, from the other post it seems that it will not fix the problem that I had to start with. 8Ta seems to disconnect you randomly in a way that the routers cannot seem to automatically reconnect.
